- Communicable Food: Producers and consumers can produce together and communicate together.

Necessities and traded local goods that cannot be produced within the region due to environmental, technical, or capital-intensive factors can be considered exemptions.

Ecological Value

We prioritize local circulation agriculture that saves the environment the most. We consider eco-friendly organic, pesticide-free-certified food, food with minimal chemical fertilizer, medium-small family farm-first cultivation method, small quantity batch production, and co-production. 

Social Value

As a social and economic organization, Incheon Local Food Producers Cooperative is a cooperative society and potential social enterprise that wishes to realize sustainable production and consumption of the local community; social enterprises and village businesses are members. 

Product Value

We prioritize the value of products such as product safety, hygiene, freshness, taste, price, the principle of reciprocity, price settlement, and much more.
